Pumpkin Spice Syrup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally to keep syrup from burning. Stir for 15-20 minutes until mixture begins to coat the spoon, then remove from heat.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of syrup into a cup or coffee or tea. Or add 2-3 Tablespoons of syrup in 1 1/2 cups of hot milk. Or pour some over top of ice cream.
- Refrigerate mixture in a jar. The syrup will thicken a bit in the refrigerator.
