Crustless Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- ½ Cup Oat Flour
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 796 ml Can of Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
Instructions
- Set oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl combine Pumpkin Pie Spice, Salt, Baking Powder, Flour, Sugar, Vanilla Extract, and Pumpkin Puree
- In a small bowl mix together Ground Flax Seeds and milk. Let sit for 2 minutes and add to pumpkin mixture.
- Grease a pie pan and put pumpkin mixture into the pan. Flatten the top.
- Put in the oven for 35-40 minute.
- Let the pie sit in the fridge for 45-60 minutes.
Notes
Substitution:
- Milk: You can use dairy milk, coconut milk, or any other kind of milk alternative
- Flour: You can use whole wheat flour, white flour or a different kind of gluten-free flour
- Sugar: You can substitute white sugar with a sweetener ex. monk fruit, stevia, maple syrup, agave nectar, coconut sugar, honey
